Over de organisatie

Werving- en selectiekantoor Hays is voor een toonaangevend voedingsbedrijf in de regio Ieper op zoek naar een Maintenance Coördinator. Binnen deze stabiele omgeving krijg je de kans om een belangrijke rol op te nemen in het onderhoudsgebeuren binnen jouw afdeling, met bijkomende verantwoordelijkheid voor een aantal facilitaire processen.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Maintenance Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse opvolging van het onderhoud binnen jouw afdeling. Je werkt nauw samen met techniekers en verschillende interne stakeholders om een vlotte werking te garanderen.

Je takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Je plant en coördineert het preventief en curatief onderhoud.
  • Je volgt techniekers op, coacht hen en organiseert waar nodig opleidingen.
  • Je stemt af met verantwoordelijken over storingen, planningen en verbeteracties.
  • Je houdt onderhoudsschema's, procedures en werkinstructies up-to-date.
  • Je denkt actief mee over efficiëntere werkmethodes en technische optimalisaties.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en de naleving van veiligheidsnormen.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van facility‑gerelateerde zaken zoals kleine gebouwgebonden herstellingen, coördinatie van externe dienstverleners en het beheer van stock en materialen voor infrastructuur.
  • Je signaleert noden rond gebouwonderhoud en werkt mee aan praktische oplossingen om de site optimaal te laten functioneren.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor of master in een technische richting of gelijkaardig door ervaring.
  • Je bent analytisch en hands-on ingesteld.
  • Goede kennis Excel en kennis van SAP is een plus.
  • Je het een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je spreek vlot Nederlands en durft je uit te drukken in het Frans.
