In deze rol in de industrie werk je aan onderhoud dat direct impact heeft op beschikbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid, snelheid en productkwaliteit. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen techniek, operatie en leveranciers. Jij houdt het overzicht, organiseert het werk en zorgt dat plannen ook echt landen in de praktijk. Daarbij stuur je op structuur, kwaliteit en resultaat, zonder het menselijk aspect uit het oog te verliezen. - Je coördineert onderhoudsprojecten van offerte tot nazorg en bewaakt voortgang, budget en planning. - Je bereidt werkorders en werkvergunningen voor en stemt werkzaamheden af met interne teams en leveranciers. - Je maakt onderhoudsschema's, signaleert verbeterkansen en vertaalt die naar concrete acties. - Je begeleidt collega's en stakeholders en zorgt voor afstemming, draagvlak en duidelijke communicatie. - Je draagt bij aan duurzame optimalisatie binnen de regio Hoogeveen en bouwt mee aan langdurige klantrelaties. Functie-eisen Jij brengt minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring mee in onderhoudsmanagement, werkvoorbereiding, coördinatie of maintenance lead binnen de food- en/of maakindustrie. Je hebt een mbo-4 diploma in Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of Mechatronica en je werkt zorgvuldig, gestructureerd en met oog voor kwaliteit. In deze functie beweeg je makkelijk in een nieuwe omgeving, pak je verantwoordelijkheid en neem je initiatief waar nodig. Je weet collega's mee te krijgen, schakelt soepel tussen belangen en houdt koers, ook wanneer de situatie vraagt om doorzettings...
