In deze gloednieuwe fabriek word plastic afval omgezet in grondstoffen voor de industrie. Als maintenance coördinator E&I ben je belangrijk tijdens de opstart van de fabriek en met het maintenance team verantwoordelijk voor al het onderhoud komende jaren. • Salaris tussen de €3750 en €5000 • Flexibele werktijden • Jaarlijkse 13e maand • Vakantiegeld van 8% • Korting op fitness en een fietsplan • Erg goede pensioen regeling Wat ga je doen? Als Coördinator heb je een zelfstandige rol waarbij je de elektrische en besturingstechnische werkzaamheden plant en organiseert. Je monitort de prestaties en voert het onderhoudsplan uit. Je neemt deel aan project reviews en hebt een scherp oog voor veiligheid. Zie jij hoe dingen beter of veiliger kunnen? Dan krijg je daar alle ruimte voor. Wat is jouw achtergrond en ervaring? • Een diploma op minimaal MBO niveau 4 in de richting van E&I • Een coachend karakter die het leuk vind om mensen te begeleiden • Bereid om consignatie te lopen Over het bedrijf Deze gloednieuwe fabriek verwerkt plastic afval tot pyrolyse olie wat vervolgens weer gebruikt kan worden in de procesindustrie.
