Maintenance Coördinator E&I Procesindustrie Vakgebied: Electrical Engineering Maintenance Coördinator E&I Procesindustrie - Je coördineert de voorbereiding van E&I-onderhoud en technische projecten van circa €20.000 tot €200.000 - Je bewaakt scope, kosten, planning, contractors, materialen en veilige uitvoering voordat het werk buiten start - Salaris tot €6.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring Jij als Maintenance Coördinator E&I Procesindustrie We zoeken een Maintenance Coordinator E&I, ook wel genoemd Projectcoördinator E&I, Werkvoorbereider E&I of Maintenance Work Planner. Dit is geen klassieke werkvoorbereidersfunctie waarin je vooral materiaal bestelt en werkorders compleet maakt. Je verantwoordelijkheid ligt duidelijk breder. Je coördineert de voorbereiding van onderhoud, modificaties, renovaties, stops en E&I-projecten en zorgt dat het werk technisch, organisatorisch en financieel uitvoerbaar is. Daarmee zit deze functie inhoudelijk dicht tegen projectleiding aan, terwijl je wel nadrukkelijk betrokken blijft bij de techniek en de voorbereiding van het werk. Je bepaalt de scope van werkzaamheden, brengt risico's in kaart, stelt werkvolgorde en prioriteiten vast en bepaalt welke mensen, materialen en middelen nodig zijn. Je bespreekt het werk met schedulers, supervisors, teamleiders en contractors en bewaakt of alles op tijd beschikbaar is voor uitvoering. Het technische zwaartepunt ligt op elektrotechniek en instrumentatie. Denk aan elektrische apparatuur, bekabeling, instrumentatie, kalibratie en geautomatiseerde systemen. Omdat je binnen een industriële productielocatie werkt, krijg je daarnaast raakvlakken met piping, procesapparatuur, constructies, hijswerk, steigerbouw en andere disciplines. De projecten waar je aan werkt hebben een omvang van ongeveer €20.000 tot €200.000. Je bepaalt kosten, beoordeelt offertes, stemt af met leveranciers en houdt zicht op de financiële voortgang.
