Als Maintenance Coördinator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en coördineren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan technische installaties binnen de infrastructuur. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle benodigde mensen, materialen en middelen beschikbaar zijn voordat het onderhoud start. Je bewaakt de planning, prioriteert werkzaamheden en stuurt onderhoudsteams en onderaannemers functioneel aan. Je houdt toezicht op veiligheid, kwaliteit, kosten en de naleving van gemaakte afspraken. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt bij onverwachte situaties, zoals storingen of wijzigingen in de planning, en zorg je voor een goede afstemming met alle betrokken partijen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende technische disciplines en rapporteert over de voortgang en resultaten van het onderhoud. Je draagt bij aan het continu verbeteren van onderhoudsprocessen en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige administratieve afronding van de werkzaamheden. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Bereidheid om buiten reguliere werktijden ondersteuning te bieden bij kritieke storingen of werkzaamheden indien nodig - Bekend met onderhoudsconcepten, contracteisen en veiligheidsprocedures - Afgeronde technische opleiding op minimaal mbo-4-niveau, bijvoorbeeld in elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of mechatronica - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk - Relevante ervaring met onderhoud of beheer in een infrastructurele of industriële omgeving - In het bezit van een geldig VCA-VOL-certificaat of bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen - Ervaring met tunnels, bruggen, sluizen, verkeerssystemen of waterwerken is een pre - Kennis van elektrotechnische, werktuigbouwkundige, civiele en/of industriële automatiseringsinstallaties - Erv...
