Voor een sterk groeiende producent binnen de voedingsindustrie zoeken we een Coördinator Technische Dienst. In deze rol combineer je technische expertise met operationele verantwoordelijkheid en speel je een sleutelrol in het garanderen van een betrouwbare en efficiënte productieomgeving.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je staat in voor het uitvoeren en opvolgen van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan productie-installaties.
  • Je analyseert technische storingen en zorgt voor een snelle en duurzame oplossing.
  • Je werkt op mechanisch, elektrisch en pneumatisch vlak aan uiteenlopende technische uitdagingen.
  • Je ondersteunt en coördineert collega-techniekers tijdens onderhouds- en verbeteringswerken.
  • Je helpt bij het organiseren en plannen van technische interventies binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Je detecteert verbeterpunten en werkt actief mee aan optimalisaties van machines en productieprocessen.
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften.
  • Je vormt de brug tussen productie en technische dienst en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de technische verantwoordelijke.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Bachelor Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Een vijftal jaar ervaring binnen een technische functie in een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie is een mooie troef.
  • Sterke kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en pneumatiek.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen of coördineren van techniekers is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die collega's weet te motiveren en ondersteunen.
