Zij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een Maintenance Coördinator in regio Oudenburg.

Functieomschrijving

Maintenance Coördinator

  • Je bewaakt de onderhoudsplanning op maand-, week- en dagbasis, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat prioriteiten voortdurend afgestemd blijven op de operationele realiteit.
  • Je coördineert de werkzaamheden van de technische dienst, volgt de uitvoering nauwgezet op en grijpt proactief in wanneer afspraken, deadlines of kwaliteitsverwachtingen niet worden nageleefd.
  • Je beheert de nodige administratie rond onderhoud, registraties, controlelijsten en rapportering en vertaalt technische werkzaamheden correct naar het ERP- en beheersysteem.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Elektromechanica, Bouwkunde of een gelijkwaardige technische ervaring en begrijpt hoe industriële installaties en productiemachines functioneren.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator die mensen aanspreekt, verwachtingen verduidelijkt en samenwerking stimuleert tussen productie, aankoop, aannemers en technische medewerkers.
  • Je combineert organisatietalent met administratieve nauwkeurigheid, werkt gestructureerd en behoudt ook bij onverwachte storingen het overzicht.
