Voor een internationale speler binnen havenactiviteiten zoeken we een Maintenance Coördinator die technische installaties draaiende houdt en tegelijk structuur brengt binnen de onderhoudsafdeling.

Geen functie waar je enkel planningen doorstuurt vanachter een bureau dus. Wel een hands on coördinerende rol waar techniek, people management en probleemoplossing dagelijks samenkomen.

Functieomschrijving

Als Maintenance Coördinator ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt van de onderhoudsafdeling binnen een dry bulk omgeving in Gent Zeehaven.

Je coördineert de technische ploeg en zorgt ervoor dat installaties zoals mobiele havenkranen, zeefinstallaties en transportbanden optimaal blijven functioneren.

Een typische werkdag?

Je analyseert technische en operationele problemen, zoekt structurele oplossingen en ondersteunt bij de organisatie van onderhoudswerken. Daarbij bepaal je mee welke taken intern uitgevoerd worden en wanneer externe partners nodig zijn.

Daarnaast volg je technische projecten op van engineering tot oplevering. Je bespreekt projectscopes met leveranciers, onderhandelt prijsaanvragen en bewaakt de uitvoering van projecten op de terminal.

Ook veiligheid speelt een grote rol binnen jouw functie. Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers, havenarbeiders en externe partners werken volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Je komt terecht in een technisch uitdagende havenomgeving waar planning, techniek en communicatie voortdurend samenkomen.

Vereisten

  • Minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een coördinerende technische functie
  • Bachelor elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Brede technische kennis van mechanica en elektriciteit
  • Ervaring met onderhoudscoördinatie en technische installaties
  • People skills en teamgericht leiderschap
  • Analytisch en oplossingsgericht kunnen denken
  • Planmatig en georganiseerd kunnen werken
  • Ervaring met onderhoudsbudgetten en projectopvolging
  • Sterk in communicatie en stakeholdermanagement
  • Kennis van MS Office
  • Kennis van Ultimo is een pluspunt
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel ingesteld
  • Veiligheidsbewust en verantwoordelijk kunnen werken
