Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Lead Maintenance zorg je ervoor dat jouw productielijn betrouwbaar draait en maximaal rendeert
  • Je plant en organiseert onderhoudswerken efficiënt, met oog voor timing en kosten
  • Je stuurt techniekers en operatoren aan en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking op de vloer
  • Dankzij regelmatige afstemming met collega’s en management beperk je stilstanden tot een minimum
  • Samen met de Process Engineer en Productiemanager werk je aan een hogere output en continue verbetering
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting (zoals Elektromechanica, Automatisering of Electrical Engineering)
  • Ervaring binnen maintenance in een industriële omgeving is noodzakelijk
  • Leidinggevende ervaring is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
