The posting

  • Na een opleidingsperiode bereid je de correctieve- en preventieve onderhoudstaken voor
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van de nodige administratieve en technische voorbereidende taken zoals onder meer werk- en vuurvergunningen, voorschriften en inspecties.
  • Je staat in voor de beschikbaarheid van middelen (bijv. vrachtwagen, speciale apparatuur) en materiaal (bijv. reserveonderdelen en/of specifieke bestellingen) die nodig zijn.
  • Je stelt het dagelijkse schema op voor de techniekers op terrein in samenwerking met de teamleider en andere collega's
  • Je beheert de reserveonderdelen en het materiaal voor de stations/pijpleidingen in onze zone en zorgt ervoor dat de voorraad altijd correct is, dat bestellingen op tijd worden geplaatst en dat het materiaal en de voertuigen technisch in orde zijn
  • Je neemt goederen in ontvangst, controleert de levering en bereidt deze voor op het eerste gebruik, dit in samenwerking met de dienst administratie
  • Je neemt actief deel aan de analyse en oplossing van technische problemen, samen met uw collega’s
  • Je bereidt kleine projecten voor die verband houden met stations/pijpleidingen in samenwerking met de Zoneverantwoordelijke/Teamleider/Werkvoorbereider
  • Je staat in voor de coördinatie en opvolging van de techniekers op het terrein
  • Je staat garant voor een goede uitvoering en coördinatie van interventies op terrein, rekening houdend met de vastgestelde veiligheidsmaatregelen, en zorgt ook voor een correcte toepassing van procedures die de veiligheid van onze installaties en medewerkers garanderen
  • Je rapporteert aan de Zoneverantwoordelijke
  • Je beschikt over een graduaat of bachelor in een technische richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, en relevante ervaring in een technische functie of planning in een industriële omgeving
  • Je hebt een nauwkeurige aanpak en een leergierige instelling, evenals een dynamische geest en een gevoel voor diplomatie
  • Je hebt het vermogen om grote hoeveelheden informatie in korte tijd te verwerken en om te zetten in een actieplan
  • Je bezit goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig te werken
  • Er is een goede kennis van het Nederlands vereist, een basiskennis van het Frans en Engels zijn een meerwaarde
  • Je werkt heel vlot met het MS Office pakket en SAP

Daarnaast vereist deze functie:

  • De bereidheid om een wachtdienst/permanentie op te nemen
  • Een woonplaats binnen een straal van 30 minuten van onze site in Brugge
  • Een rijbewijs B en een eigen wagen
