Voor een technisch sterke productieomgeving in regio Kortrijk zoeken we een Maintenance Coordinator die techniek, organisatie en peoplemanagement combineert.

Jobomschrijving

Je krijgt een centrale rol binnen de technische dienst en zorgt ervoor dat onderhoud, techniekers en productie optimaal op elkaar afgestemd zijn. Je bewaart het overzicht, maar blijft tegelijk dicht genoeg bij de techniek om mee te denken bij complexe storingen en structurele verbeteringen.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse maintenancewerking en bepaalt samen met productie welke interventies prioriteit krijgen, zodat techniekers efficiënt kunnen worden ingezet.
  • Je organiseert en optimaliseert het preventief, curatief en gepland onderhoud, met als doel de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark verder te verhogen.
  • Je ondersteunt techniekers bij complexere storingen en technische vraagstukken en helpt hen om problemen gestructureerd en duurzaam op te lossen.
  • Je analyseert terugkerende storingen en stilstanden en vertaalt root causes naar concrete verbeteracties rond machines, onderhoudsfrequenties en werkwijzen.
  • Je bewaakt de samenwerking met externe technische partners en leveranciers en ziet toe op kwaliteit, veiligheid, planning en correcte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je volgt technische KPI's, machinebetrouwbaarheid en onderhoudsresultaten op en gebruikt deze inzichten om continuous improvement binnen de technische dienst verder uit te bouwen.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond binnen elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica, maintenance of automatisering.
  • Een bachelor of master is een troef, maar relevante ervaring binnen industriële maintenance is minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je beschikt over een brede technische kennis en begrijpt zowel de mechanische als elektrische kant van productie-installaties.
  • Je hebt ervaring als Maintenance Coordinator, Supervisor, Teamleader, Maintenance Engineer of bent een ervaren technisch profiel dat klaar is voor meer verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent analytisch, praktisch en oplossingsgericht en kijkt bij technische problemen verder dan de onmiddellijke storing.
  • Je communiceert vlot met techniekers, productie, leveranciers en management en voelt je comfortabel in een coachende rol op de werkvloer.
