Brunel / Talent Maintenance Engineer - Brunel - Coevorden Brunel Jobid=565557725510042144 (0.0497) Over deze functie Als Maintenance Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het mede-ontwikkelen en uitrollen van het onderhoudsbeleid voor de productieomgeving. Jouw belangrijkste doel is het vergroten van de technische beschikbaarheid van de installaties en het reduceren van de onderhoudskosten. Je zorgt voor de transitie van reactief naar proactief onderhoud en neemt de organisatie mee in het continu verbeteren. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met: - Het opstellen en optimaliseren van onderhoudsconcepten en deze vertalen naar onderhoudsplannen in samenwerking met productie. - Uitvoeren en faciliteren van storingsanalyses (RCA's) en verbeteracties initiëren bij terugkerende storingen. - Het opzetten van onderhoudsinstructies in samenwerking met monteurs. - Het beheren van de objectenstructuur en onderhoudsconcepten in het onderhoudsbeheerssysteem (bijvoorbeeld SAP). - Het adviseren en meewerken aan onderhoudsprojecten en investeringsvoorstellen Over jou - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, in Technische Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de procesindustrie. - Kennis van continu verbeteren (bijv. TPM, RCM, Lean) en ervaring met maintenance management systemen zoals SAP of Ultimo. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve, analytische en gestructureerde werkhouding. - Je bent resultaatgericht, besluitvaardig en weet goed te schakelen tussen verschillende niveaus in de organisatie.
