Functieomschrijving - ------------------ **Je verantwoordelijkheden:** * Je bereidt periodieke onderhoudsorders voor en je beoordeelt de werkwijze, frequentie en nauwkeurigheid * Je begeleidt het Autonoom onderhoud, beoordeelt de werkwijze, frequentie en nauwkeurigheid * In een multidisciplinaire groep kijk je dagelijks naar de prestaties om hieruit lessen te trekken en wekelijks zoek je in zo'n team naar verbeteringen * Je leidt of neemt deel in een aantal projecten en hebt regelmatig overleg over verbeteringen met je collega's van zusterfabrieken * Je beoordeelt componenten op bruikbaarheid, levensduur en verkrijgbaarheid. Dit doe je door eigen onderzoek en door contacten met collega fabrieken. Je voert alternatieven van deze componenten in.
