Wil jij als Maintenance Engineer regio Zeebrugge meewerken aan het onderhoud en de verdere optimalisatie van technisch complexe industriële installaties? In deze functie krijg je een brede technische verantwoordelijkheid en werk je mee aan uitdagende projecten binnen een sterk georganiseerde industriële omgeving. Je komt terecht in een stabiele, internationale onderneming waar veiligheid, innovatie en technische expertise centraal staan. Daarbovenop kan je rekenen op een zeer uitgebreid loonpakket (€3800 - €5300 bruto) met onder andere een firmawagen en tankkaart. Interesse? Wat ga je doen als Maintenance Engineer regio Zeebrugge?

  • Analyse van de bestaande onderhoudsstrategie en meewerken aan de verdere uitbouw van Asset Based Maintenance
  • Opvolging van maintenance-KPI's en uitvoeren van FME(C)A- en risicoanalyses op installaties
  • Technische onderhoudsinformatie up-to-date houden binnen CMMS/SAP, waaronder onderhoudsplannen, keuringsprogramma's, metingen en technische documentatie
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van grote onderhoudswerken, shutdowns en vervangingsprojecten op lange termijn
  • Terugkerende storingen, incidenten en andere ongewenste gebeurtenissen analyseren en vertalen naar concrete acties om herhaling te vermijden
  • Samenwerking met techniekers, leveranciers en verschillende interne afdelingen om onderhoudsprocessen en installaties continu verder te verbeteren

Je krijgt de kans om mee te werken aan installaties met een grote technische complexiteit en projecten die een impact hebben op de werking van de volledige site. Wie past in de rol van Maintenance Engineer regio Zeebrugge?

  • In het bezit van een bachelor of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur elektromechanica, elektrotechniek of automatisatie
  • 3 jaar ervaring binnen een industriële of procesomgeving, idealiter in een onderhoudsgerichte functie
  • Brede technische kennis of sterke interesse in domeinen zoals mechanica, elektriciteit, automatisatie, elektronica, pneumatica, hydraulica en civiele technieken
  • Analytisch en digitaal ingesteld, met ervaring met MS Office en een CMMS-systeem. Kennis van SAP is mooi meegenomen
  • Sterk in organiseren, communiceren en problemen structureel aanpakken. Eigen initiatief nemen en verbeteringen zelf vastpakken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend
  • Veiligheid staat altijd voorop. Kennis van VCA, ATEX en relevante regelgeving is een pluspunt. Een VCA VOL-attest of de bereidheid om dit te behalen is vereist
