Deze organisatie is een technische dienstverlener die zich richt op assetmanagement en onderhoudsdiensten voor een divers klantenbestand. De organisatie voert preventief onderhoud, storingsdiensten en advisering uit en ontwikkelt onderhoudsbeleid, onderhoudsplannen en technische instructies in nauwe samenwerking met klanten en interne teams. In Capelle aan den IJssel werken medewerkers samen aan het beheer van technische assets en aan continue verbetering van onderhoudsprocessen met aandacht voor veiligheid en naleving van contractvoorwaarden. De organisatie hecht waarde aan kennisdeling en aan het opleiden van medewerkers zodat actuele technische ontwikkelingen worden gevolgd. De rol van Maintenance Engineer is gericht op zowel het analyseren van storingen als het optimaliseren van onderhoudsstrategieën en het opstellen van rapportages en documentatie. Medewerkers worden begeleid met een on-boardingsprogramma en krijgen mogelijkheden om aanvullende opleidingen en cursussen te volgen zodat zij door kunnen groeien binnen de technische dienstverlening. De samenwerking bestaat uit afstemming met assetmanagement, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering om oplevering conform specificaties te waarborgen.
