Je werkt mee aan onderhoudsprojecten bij verschillende industriële klanten in België. De functie combineert maintenance engineering met werkvoorbereiding en planning. Je analyseert onderhoudsprocessen, werkt onderhoudsstrategieën uit en zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden technisch correct worden voorbereid en gepland.

Jouw taken

  • Voorbereiden en plannen van technische onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
  • Opstellen en optimaliseren van preventieve onderhoudsplannen.
  • Analyseren van technische installaties en onderhoudsprocessen.
  • Uitwerken van werkpakketten, werkinstructies en technische documentatie.
  • Bepalen van kritische spare parts en onderhoudsbehoeften.
  • Analyseren van storingen en terugkerende technische problemen.
  • Verbeteren van de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van installaties.
  • Ondersteunen bij het uitwerken en implementeren van onderhoudsstrategieën.
  • Samenwerken met techniekers, maintenance engineers en productie.
  • Adviseren van klanten over de verdere professionalisering van hun maintenance-organisatie.
  • Je beschikt over een technisch hoger diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen maintenance, maintenance engineering of industrieel onderhoud.
  • Ervaring met werkvoorbereiding en maintenance planning is belangrijk.
  • Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht en begrijpt industriële onderhoudsprocessen.
  • Je kunt technische analyses vertalen naar concrete onderhoudsacties.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent communicatief en kunt vlot samenwerken met verschillende technische stakeholders.
  • Ervaring met onderhouds- of assetmanagementsystemen is een pluspunt.
