Als innovatieve speler leveren wij ondersteuning op vlak van veiligheid, onderhoud en procesverbetering bij onze klanten.

Als Maintenance Engineer sla je de brug tussen techniek, data en organisatie. Vanuit jouw expertise zorg je ervoor dat onderhoudsprocessen efficiënter, betrouwbaarder en beter beheersbaar worden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opstellen, implementeren en optimaliseren van preventieve onderhoudsplannen.
  • Uitvoeren van storingsanalyses en faaloorzaakanalyses (RCM, FMEA en RCA).
  • Vertalen van analyses naar structurele verbeteracties.
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van onderhoudssoftware (CMMS/EAM).
  • Analyseren van onderhoudsdata en KPI's om prestaties continu te verbeteren.
  • Begeleiden van optimalisatieprojecten en machine-upgrades.
  • Opstellen en actualiseren van technische documentatie en werkinstructies.
  • Ondersteunen en begeleiden van techniekers en operators bij nieuwe werkwijzen.
  • Coördineren van externe keuringen en opvolgen van technische compliance.
  • Rapporteren over voortgang, resultaten en verbetervoorstellen aan de betrokken stakeholders.

Expertise:

  • Minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring als Maintenance Engineer of in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Grondige kennis van onderhoudsplannen en reliability engineering.
  • Ervaring met methodieken zoals RCM, FMEA en RCA.
  • Ervaring met onderhoudssoftware (CMMS/EAM).
  • Kennis van facilitair onderhoud, waaronder persluchtinstallaties, proceskoeling en nutsvoorzieningen.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en een gestructureerde manier van werken.
