Brunel / Talent Maintenance Engineer - Brunel - Delfzijl Brunel Jobid: 638677038246661353 (0.0503) Over deze functie Als Maintenance Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van jouw machine en leg je de technische basis voor het productiejaarplan. Je vertaalt dit plan naar concrete acties en zorgt samen met jouw team, de technische dienst en productie voor een betrouwbare en efficiënte uitvoering. Je analyseert storingen en machineprestaties en vertaalt deze naar structurele verbeteringen, onderhoudsconcepten en technische modificaties. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met het procesteam en gebruik je data om gericht te sturen op prestaties, kosten en continu verbeteren. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Analyseren van storingen en machineprestaties en vertalen hiervan naar structurele verbeteringen. - Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van onderhoudsconcepten en onderhoudsstrategieën. - Initiëren en begeleiden van technische modificaties. - Opstellen van de technische basis voor het productiejaarplan en vertalen hiervan naar concrete acties. - Bepalen van de scope van onderhoudsstops en verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het verloop hiervan. - Bewaken van de voortgang van storingen en technische verbeteringen. - Aansturen van twee onderhoudsmonteurs. - Sturen op machineprestaties, kosten en continu verbeteren aan de hand van data. - Leiden van Event Maps en Root Cause Analyses. - Werken met een Maintenance Management Systeem. - Afstemmen met productie, de technische dienst en het procesteam.
