The posting

Als Maintenance Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het garanderen van de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van het machinepark. Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhoud niet reactief gebeurt, maar doordacht, gestructureerd en toekomstgericht wordt aangepakt. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar techniek, continue verbetering en eigenaarschap centraal staan, en waar jouw werk rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan veiligheid, kwaliteit en operationele performantie.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt op twee belangrijke domeinen:

1. Onderhoud & betrouwbaarheid

  • Je bouwt, implementeert en optimaliseert onderhoudsplannen voor preventief en periodiek onderhoud
  • Je analyseert storingsdata en vertaalt deze naar structurele verbeteracties
  • Je bewaakt en optimaliseert de beschikbaarheid van installaties op een kostenefficiënte manier
  • Je beheert en volgt onderhoudskosten op en stuurt bij waar nodig

2. Projecten & optimalisatie

  • Je werkt projectmatig rond thema's zoals lifecycle management, obsolete onderdelen en standaardisatie
  • Je ondersteunt bij de aankoop, implementatie en afname van nieuwe machines
  • Je optimaliseert spare parts beheer en standaardiseert magazijnartikelen en componenten
  • Je draagt actief bij aan verbeterinitiatieven rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie

Wie ben jij?

  • Master in Engineering of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring binnen een onderhouds- of technische omgeving
  • Sterke technische basis in: Elektriciteit en machinesturingen Mechanica, pneumatica en hydraulica
  • Kennis van SAP PM is een plus
  • Vlot met MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Analytisch, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht
  • Proactief, zelfstandig en sterk in communicatie
