Medewerkers krijgen ruimte om vakinhoudelijk te groeien en bij te dragen aan efficiëntieverbeteringen met praktische voorstellen die aansluiten bij marktontwikkelingen. In Schiphol werken technische teams samen met werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering om onderhoudsstrategieën praktisch uitvoerbaar te maken en om de operationele continuïteit te waarborgen. Het salaris bedraagt €2650 tot €4600 per maand en wordt gecombineerd met secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een pensioenregeling, opleidingsmogelijkheden en een reiskostenregeling. De organisatie werkt klantgericht binnen de technische dienstverlening voor diverse sectoren en hecht aandacht aan veiligheid, kwaliteit en duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers.
