Jobomschrijving

Maintenance Engineer - Antwerpen - Food & Process Industry

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van het volledige machinepark binnen de productiesite.
  • Analyseren van technische storingen en uitvoeren van root cause analyses om herhaling te voorkomen.
  • Identificeren en implementeren van structurele verbeteringen binnen onderhoudsprocessen en installaties.
  • Ondersteunen van investerings- en vernieuwingsprojecten voor een verouderend machinepark.
  • Uitwerken en bewaken van maintenance standaarden en best practices.
  • Actief bijdragen aan TPM-initiatieven en continuous improvement projecten.
  • Optimaliseren van de technische beschikbaarheid van installaties en reduceren van downtime.
  • Evalueren van kritische onderdelen en uitwerken van een betrouwbare spare parts strategie.
  • Ondersteunen bij de implementatie van nieuwe onderhoudssystemen en digitale tools.
  • Samenwerken met operations, maintenance en externe partners om productiebetrouwbaarheid verder te verhogen.

Maintenance Engineer - Antwerpen - Food & Process Industry

  • Bachelor- of masteropleiding binnen een technische richting zoals Elektromechanica.
  • Eerste ervaring binnen maintenance of engineering is een plus, maar gemotiveerde schoolverlaters komen eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en het talent om technische problemen structureel op te lossen.
  • Proactieve en ondernemende ingesteldheid.
  • Kritische en mature persoonlijkheid die zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.
  • Interesse in maintenance excellence, reliability engineering en continuous improvement.
  • Kennis van automatisatie of industriële besturingstechnieken vormt een mooie troef.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en vlotte samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Goede kennis van zowel Nederlands als Engels.
  • Affiniteit met productie-, proces- of voedingsomgevingen is een pluspunt.
