Jobomschrijving

De Maintenance Engineer is mede verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, uitvoeren en optimaliseren van onderhoudsactiviteiten op machines, apparatuur en installaties om de operationele efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid te maximaliseren. Dit omvat zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud en het implementeren van verbeteringen in het onderhoudsproces.

Kerntaken en Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Onderhoudsplanning en -uitvoering: Opstellen van onderhoudsplannen, het plannen van preventief onderhoud en het coördineren van storingsonderhoud
  • Storingsanalyse en -oplossing: Snel en efficiënt oplossen van storingen aan machines, apparatuur en systemen om stilstand te minimaliseren
  • Optimalisatie van processen: Identificeren van verbeteringsmogelijkheden voor de bestaande systemen en processen om de betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en efficiëntie te verhogen
  • Betrokkenheid bij projecten: Meewerken aan de implementatie van nieuwe machines en systemen, inclusief de inbedrijfstelling en het opstellen van onderhoudsinstructies
  • Documentatie: Het bijhouden van gedetailleerde onderhoudslogs, inclusief uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, storingen en verbeteringen
  • Veiligheid en compliance: Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsnormen en wetgeving, het implementeren van veiligheidsmaatregelen en het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses
  • Opleidingen: Trainen van operators en andere medewerkers in het correct bedienen en onderhouden van apparatuur
  • Samenwerking: Samenwerken met andere afdelingen zoals productie, engineering en inkoop om de continuïteit van de productie te waarborgen

Vereiste Kwalificaties:

  • Opleiding: Bachelor of Master in Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding
  • Ervaring: Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een onderhoudsfunctie, bij voorkeur in een industriële of productieomgeving
  • Kennis van systemen: Kennis van onderhoudsmanagementsystemen (zoals CMMS), PLC-programmering, automatisering, hydraulica, pneumatica en mechanische systemen
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen: Sterk analytisch vermogen en ervaring met root cause analyse (RCA) en het implementeren van structurele oplossingen
  • Technische vaardigheden: Ervaring met onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden aan complexe systemen en machines
  • Veiligheidsbewustzijn: Kennis van en ervaring met veiligheidsvoorschriften en risicobeheer

  • Communicatieve vaardigheden: In staat om technische informatie helder en beknopt te communiceren naar zowel technische als niet-technische medewerkers
  • Teamspeler: Goede samenwerking met collega’s en andere afdelingen
  • Proactief: Zelfstandig kunnen werken en anticiperen op mogelijke problemen
  • Stressbestendig: In staat om onder druk te werken en snel beslissingen te nemen bij storingen of urgente situaties
