The posting

  • Je analyseert en optimaliseert de onderhoudsstrategie en werkt mee aan de verdere evolutie richting Asset Based Maintenance.
  • Je houdt daarbij rekening met technische risico's, nieuwe technologieën en input vanuit verschillende interne diensten en externe partners.
  • Je ontwikkelt en volgt maintenance-KPI's op en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je voert FME(C)A-analyses uit op kritische installaties om risico's en mogelijke faalmechanismen vroegtijdig te identificeren.
  • Je beheert en verbetert technische informatie rond onderhoudsplannen, inspecties, keuringen, metingen en RBI-trajecten.
  • Je ondersteunt het beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van het CMMS-systeem, met SAP als belangrijke tool.
  • Je werkt mee aan technische studies en bereidt langetermijnwerkzaamheden voor, waaronder geplande shutdowns en vervangingsprojecten.
  • Je analyseert terugkerende storingen, technische incidenten en ongewenste gebeurtenissen en werkt preventieve oplossingen uit.
  • Je bewaakt mee de technische betrouwbaarheid en levensduur van installaties en identificeert mogelijkheden voor modernisering.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met maintenance, engineering, operations en andere technische stakeholders.
  • Je beschikt over een master Industriële Wetenschappen of Ingenieurswetenschappen, bij voorkeur binnen elektromechanica, elektrotechniek of automatisatie.
  • Je hebt minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een industriële procesomgeving, idealiter binnen maintenance, reliability of asset management.
  • Je beschikt over een brede technische basis in onder meer mechanica, elektriciteit, elektronica, pneumatica, hydraulica en industriële installaties.
  • Je hebt een analytische en digitale mindset en werkt vlot met MS Office en onderhoudssoftware.
  • Ervaring met SAP of een ander CMMS-systeem is een sterke troef.
  • Je denkt kritisch en technisch-operationeel en gaat problemen gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht te lijf.
  • Je neemt initiatief, ziet verbeterkansen en werkt voorstellen zelfstandig verder uit.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en houdt ook technische administratie nauwkeurig bij.
  • Veilig werken staat voor jou centraal en je hebt affiniteit met regelgeving en normen zoals VCA en ATEX.
  • Je beschikt over een VCA VOL-attest of bent bereid dit te behalen.
  • Je communiceert zeer goed in het Nederlands en Engels en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Interesse in digitale toepassingen en het gebruik van AI binnen engineering en maintenance is een bijkomende troef.
  • De mogelijkheid om op termijn deel te nemen aan een wacht- of permanentierol is een pluspunt.
