Als Maintenance Engineer Civiele Techniek kijk je verder dan het oplossen van een technisch probleem. Je gebruikt inspecties, onderhoudsgegevens en jouw technische kennis om te bepalen waar risico's liggen en hoe assets slimmer en duurzamer onderhouden kunnen worden. Zo verschuift de focus van reageren op problemen naar vooruitdenken en gericht verbeteren. Als Maintenance Engineer combineer je technische kennis, data en praktijkervaring om onderhoud steeds slimmer en voorspelbaarder te organiseren. Je gaat onder andere: - Technische onderhoudsvraagstukken onderzoeken; - Conditiemetingen uitvoeren en beoordelen; - Risicoanalyses uitvoeren op bestaande assets; - Onderhoudsdata en storingen analyseren; - Terugkerende technische problemen signaleren; - Meerjarenonderhoudsplannen opstellen en actualiseren; - Bepalen wanneer onderhoud technisch noodzakelijk is; - Onderhoudsstrategieën en -concepten verder verbeteren; - Inspectie- en keuringsrapportages opstellen; - Werken met verschillende onderhouds- en assetmanagementsystemen; - Technische ondersteuning bieden aan uitvoering en projectmanagement; - Verbetervoorstellen uitwerken waarmee onderhoud efficiënter en toekomstbestendiger wordt ingericht. Je vindt het interessant om technische problemen niet alleen op te lossen, maar vooral te onderzoeken waarom ze ontstaan. Je kunt data analyseren en daar praktische conclusies uit trekken die collega's buiten ook daadwerkelijk verde...
