Locatie Vondelingenplaat Rotterdam Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Rotterdam. Dit productiebedrijf is gevestigd in Rotterdam en opereert op een chemische productielocatie waar sulfiden en fijne chemicaliën worden geproduceerd. De processen op locatie zijn fysisch en chemisch van aard en vinden plaats in batchprocessen. De organisatie stelt hoge eisen aan de betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid van apparatuur en hanteert regelgeving zoals de WBDA 2016 voor keur- en zorgplichtapparatuur. Op de locatie in Rotterdam ondersteunt de technische dienst de productie door het ontwikkelen en beheren van preventieve onderhoudsprogramma's, het analyseren van storingen en het initiëren van technische verbeteringen. De onderhoudsactiviteiten omvatten zowel preventief onderhoud als het uitvoeren van root cause analyses en het begeleiden van modificatieprojecten. Er wordt gewerkt met onderhoudssystemen zoals SAP PM en methodieken als TPM en Lean Six Sigma voor efficiënte en veilige bedrijfsvoering. De technische specialist levert advies aan het management en werkt nauw samen met productie, engineering en projectteams. De functie vraagt kennis van kwaliteitssystemen, veiligheid en projectmanagement en goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
