Het salaris voor deze functie ligt tussen €4.000 en €5.500 , afhankelijk van jouw ervaring. Functieomschrijving Als Maintenance Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van complexe installaties. Jouw focus ligt op het ontwikkelen van onderhoudsstrategieën, het uitvoeren van storingsanalyses en het doorvoeren van verbeteringen. Je dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden omvatten: - Onderhoudsstrategieën ontwikkelen : zoals preventief onderhoud en storingsanalyses (bijv. RCA en FMECA). - Procesoptimalisatie : implementeren van nieuwe processen en duurzame verbeteringen. - Technisch aanspreekpunt : coördineren van mechanische, elektrotechnische en besturingstechnische projecten. - Samenwerken en verbinden : brug slaan tussen afdelingen zoals productie, onderhoud en veiligheid. - Financiële impact analyseren : beoordelen van onderhoudsbeslissingen met oog voor budget en duurzaamheid. - Leiderschap tonen : teamleden en externe partijen begeleiden om projecten efficiënt en succesvol uit te voeren.
