Functie:

In jouw nieuwe rol als Maintenance engineer neem jij de regie in handen om het kloppende hart van de productie-installaties optimaal te laten presteren.

  • Je stelt onderhoudsplannen (zowel predictief als preventief) op scherp voor alle roterende en statische installaties, waardoor ongeplande stilstanden tot een absoluut minimum beperkt worden.
  • Samen met de productieafdelingen organiseer en faciliteer je inspirerende overlegmomenten rond onderhoudsstrategieën om processen continu te stroomlijnen.
  • Je duikt in de materie via online sensoren en monitort nauwgezet de conditie van de machines, inclusief proactief olie- en filtratiemanagement.
  • Door een transparante samenwerking met de uitvoerders op de vloer stuur je predictieve ingrepen tijdig bij en houd je de technische database vlekkeloos up-to-date.
  • Als absolute key-user van het onderhoudsbeheerssysteem til je het dagelijkse gebruik naar een hoger niveau en bied je onmisbare ondersteuning aan je collega's.

Profiel:

Een ijzersterke Maintenance engineer combineert technisch vernuft met een pragmatische, oplossingsgerichte mindset.

  • Je beschikt over een Master Industriële Wetenschappen en hebt al geproefd van een grootschalige industriële omgeving, waardoor je technische vraagstukken vlot weet aan te pakken.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een heldere communicator met sterke analytische vaardigheden, iemand die moeiteloos orde schept in grote hoeveelheden data.
  • Veiligheid en milieu draag je hoog in het vaandel; je kiest bewust voor een werkgever die de ecologische kaart trekt.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-pakket is een mooie troef, maar vooral je leergierigheid naar vernieuwende onderhoudsmethodieken maakt voor ons het verschil.
