Bij Solidus werken we aan World Class Manufacturing en staan we voor de uitdaging om onze onderhoudsorganisatie naar een "next level" te brengen. In deze uitdagende functie van Maintenance Engineer adviseer jij de organisatie welke onderhoudsstrategie het best bij de installaties past en ben je actief betrokken bij ontwikkeling en uitvoering van onderhoudsconcepten en -plannen. Gegarandeerd een functie waarin je het verschil kunt maken en veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt. Waarbij je uiteraard de ruimte krijgt om in de functie te groeien en je als specialist verder te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? - Als Maintenance Engineer assisteer en adviseer je bij complexe storingen en zet je onderhoudstechnieken en -methodes, zoals RCA, "Life Cycle Costing" en de FMECA in; - Je organiseert en plant preventief onderhoud in samenwerking met de Werkvoorbereiding; - Het is jouw doel om de technische betrouwbaarheid van onze installaties steeds verder te optimaliseren; - In onze dynamische productieomgeving zorg jij voor overzicht door de effectiviteit van het onderhoudsproces te monitoren, te analyseren en te komen met verbeter voorstellen om herhaling te voorkomen; - Bijvoorbeeld door het uitvoeren van feasibility studies maar ook door analyse van onderhouds- en productie performance data en complexe storingen; - Als specialist word je uitgedaagd en ingezet om mee te denken over specifieke vraagstellingen en onderwerpen; - Je kunt daarbij denken aan onderbouwing van business cases voor onderhoud- en vervangingsprojecten of bijvoorbeeld "...
