Jouw functie in een notendop Als Maintenance Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het optimaal laten presteren van onze plant. Jij bewaakt de balans tussen technische performance, kosten en risico's, ook wanneer de druk hoog is blijf jij rationeel en maak jij keuzes op basis van afgewogen belangen. Dankzij jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor het assetbeheer, de onderhoudsprocessen en bewaking van techniek. Je krijgt de ruimte om te groeien, te experimenteren en écht impact te maken op de betrouwbaarheid en toekomstbestendigheid van onze plant. Je werkt in een hecht team, met moderne technieken en uitdagende projecten waarin jouw organisatorische vaardigheden, oplossingsgerichtheid en samenwerking met collega's het verschil maken. Daarbij heb jij zelf het stuur in handen, stimuleren wij eigenaarschap en besluitvormings mogelijkheid binnen jouw area. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische beschikbaarheid en wettelijke compliance binnen jouw deelgebied van de fabriek. - Je monitort en analyseert de conditie van equipment en vertaalt dit naar een lange termijn onderhoudsplan, dat input vormt voor geplande onderhoudsactiviteiten, jaar- en investeringsplannen. Tevens monitor je de voortgang van uitvoering in jouw deelgebied, bespreekt afwijkingen en stelt prioriteiten. - Je beheert onderhoudsplannen in SAP en bepaalt de scope voor onderhoudsstops, waarbij je zorg draag voor zowel een zorgvuldige en goede scoping, als het afwegen en motiveren van risico's om iets alsnog...
