Konvert is op zoek naar een gedreven Maintenance Engineer voor een moderne productieomgeving in regio Kaulille. Heb jij een sterke technische basis en haal je voldoening uit het onderhouden, verbeteren en optimaliseren van installaties? Zoek je een functie waarbij je niet de hele dag achter een bureau zit, maar vooral actief bent op de werkvloer? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou. Als Maintenance Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer van diverse nutsinstallaties die cruciaal zijn voor het productieproces. Je combineert onderhoud, probleemoplossing en optimalisatie met een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer. Ongeveer 70% van je tijd ben je praktisch en technisch bezig, terwijl je daarnaast zorgt voor de nodige opvolging en voorbereiding van onderhoudswerken.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan technische installaties.
  • Herstellen van onder meer compressoren, pompen, afsluiters en leidingsystemen.
  • Opsporen en oplossen van technische storingen, lekken en slijtage.
  • Technisch opvolgen van stoom-, perslucht-, koel- en waterinstallaties.
  • Uitvoeren van controlerondes en registreren van technische gegevens.
  • Nemen van stalen en meterstanden.
  • Opvolgen van externe onderhoudsfirma's en contractoren.
  • Bestellen van wisselstukken en technisch materiaal.
  • Opstellen en actualiseren van technische documentatie en werkinstructies.
  • Voorbereiden en ondersteunen van onderhoudsstops.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen op vlak van betrouwbaarheid, rendement en veiligheid.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring binnen technisch onderhoud of maintenance.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke mechanische basis.
  • Je hebt basiskennis van elektriciteit en/of elektromechanica.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht in pompen, compressoren en leidingsystemen.
  • Je kan technische schema's en handleidingen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en veiligheidsbewust.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.
  • Je houdt van een combinatie van praktijk en techniek.
