In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het creëren en implementeren van duurzame onderhoudsstrategieën die de operationele efficiëntie waarborgen. Ben jij iemand die:

  • ervaring heeft met het opzetten van innovatieve onderhoudsstrategieën?
  • technische uitdagingen aanpakt en in staat is om techniekers te begeleiden bij complexe vraagstukken?
  • altijd op zoek is naar manieren om processen te optimaliseren en de efficiëntie te verhogen?

Als Maintenance Engineer coördineer je omvangrijke mechanische revisieprojecten en stel je onderhoudsschema's op die je continu kunt verbeteren. Je werkt nauw samen met de teamlead en onderhoudt sterke samenwerkingsverbanden met productie, engineering en andere relevante stakeholders. Bovendien is het jouw verantwoordelijkheid om techniekers te coachen en te trainen, zodat zij hun vaardigheden verder kunnen ontwikkelen en het team naar een hoger niveau tillen.

Wij zijn op zoek naar kandidaten die aan de volgende vereisten voldoen:

  • Een bachelor of master in een technische richting, bij voorkeur elektromechanica of mechanica.
  • Een sterke mechanische kennis en een oprechte passie voor techniek, ook buiten werktijd.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een teamspeler die goed functioneert in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Een hands-on instelling met een scherp analytisch vermogen om problemen effectief op te lossen.
  • Organisatorisch sterk en in staat om anderen te coachen en te begeleiden.
  • Proactief, stressbestendig en met een ondernemende geest.
  • Een sterk veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewustzijn in alle werkzaamheden.
