Als Maintenance Engineer kom je terecht bij een hoogtechnologisch voedingsbedrijf waar betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en continuous improvement centraal staan. Je werkt in een omgeving die sterk inzet op het optimaliseren van onderhoudsprocessen en technische installaties en maakt deel uit van een gedreven team waar samenwerking en technische expertise hand in hand gaan. Daarnaast krijg je ruime mogelijkheden om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen een uitdagende en data-gedreven onderhoudsomgeving.. De nodige opleidingen en ondersteuning worden voorzien bij opstart. Je start onder een meteen vast contract onbepaalde duur.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert preventieve onderhoudsplannen en onderhoudsconcepten op basis van wetgeving, normen en risicoanalyses.
  • Je analyseert storingen (RCA, FMECA) en vertaalt deze naar structurele verbeteracties.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert de objectstructuur en Bills of Material in het onderhoudsbeheersysteem (SAP/OBS).
  • Je optimaliseert wisselstukkenbeheer en werkt aan standaardisatie van componenten.
  • Je beheert technische documentatie en onderhoudscontracten (SLA’s).
  • Je stelt onderhoudsbudgetten op en werkt actief mee aan kostenoptimalisaties.
  • Je coördineert kleinere verbeterprojecten en ondersteunt projectingenieurs met technische input.
  • Je neemt een actieve rol op in onderhoudsmeetings en fungeert als gatekeeper voor meldingen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen (productie, QA, SHE, engineering, finance) en externe partners.
  • Bachelor of Master in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring met onderhoudsbeheersystemen (bij voorkeur SAP)
  • Kennis van onderhoudsmethodieken zoals RCA, FMECA en 5W
  • Analytisch sterk en in staat om data te vertalen naar verbeteracties
  • Veiligheidsbewust, besluitvaardig en gestructureerd
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgerichte mindset
  • Vlot in Nederlands en Engels
