EVOKE BESTAAT20+ JAAR ! - Maintenance Engineer Instrumentatie HBO (Bachelor) / WO (Master) Een toonaangevende productieomgeving in Geleen waar jij het verschil maakt in betrouwbaarheid en continuïteit. Als Maintenance Engineer Instrumentatie zorg je dat storingen snel en slim worden opgelost en installaties optimaal blijven draaien. Je bepaalt de juiste aanpak voor onderhoudswerk en vertaalt dit naar heldere technische specificaties. Ook werk je continu aan het verbeteren van onderhoudsplannen, met minimale downtime en maximale efficiëntie als resultaat. Wat ga je doen? Als Maintenence Engineer Instrumentatie pak je storingen in meet- en regeltechniek direct op en zorg je voor snelle first line troubleshooting. Je beoordeelt meldingen en bepaalt de juiste route binnen het onderhoudsproces, van werkvoorbereiding tot uitvoering. Heldere technische specificaties voor correctief onderhoud stel je op zodat werkzaamheden in één keer goed worden uitgevoerd. Focus ligt op het beperken van downtime en het verlagen van onderhoudskosten binnen een complexe productieomgeving. Daarnaast bewaak je dat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan geldende richtlijnen op het gebied van veiligheid, milieu en regelgeving. Je optimaliseert preventieve onderhoudsplannen door analyses van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en storingsdata. Ook neem je verantwoordelijkheid in het Management of Change proces en zorg je voor juiste vervangingen van installaties en componenten. Technische vraagstukken stem je af met specialisten en engineers om tot de beste oplossing te komen. Je bent betrokken bij risicoanalyses zoals RCA en JSA en draagt bij aan structurele verbeteringen in maintenance engineering. Evaluaties van onderhoudswerk gebruik je om de betrouwbaarheid en prestaties van installaties continu te verhogen.
