Voor één van mijn klanten, een zeer stabiele en milieubewuste speler actief in de recyclage, ben ik actief op zoek naar een Maintenance engineer met sterke kennis van automatisatie, instrumentatie en asset management, Aanwerving op basis van VAST CONTRACT.

Jobomschrijving

Als Maintenance Engineer krijg je een sleutelpositie in het beheer, de optimalisatie en de reliability van de elektrische infrastructuur en besturingssystemen van de productiesite, alsook van de facilities. Je combineert operationeel werk (E&I) met administratieve opvolging binnen een AREI-omgeving, waaronder ook administratieve ondersteuning bij ATEX- investeringen. Concreet:

  • Beheer van het elektriciteitsnet Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de werking, optimalisatie en het onderhoud van het volledige verdeelnet (150 kV tot 230 V), in nauwe samenwerking met het team spanningsverdeling.
  • Onderhoud & naleving van regelgeving Je ontwikkelt en actualiseert onderhoudsplannen voor elektrische installaties volgens de geldende normen (AREI, ATEX) en ziet toe op de correcte uitvoering ervan.
  • Ondersteuning bij storingen Je ondersteunt collega’s bij complexe storingen op vlak van elektriciteit, PLC of instrumentatie. Je voert root cause analyses (RCA) uit en werkt structurele oplossingen uit om herhaling te voorkomen.
  • Kennisdeling & samenwerking Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt binnen jouw expertisegebied, deelt kennis met collega’s en biedt ondersteuning aan andere teams bij technische vraagstukken of incidenten.
  • Wettelijke opvolging & verlichting Je beheert het verlichtingsplan van de site en zorgt dat alle wettelijke keuringen en verplichtingen (AREI, ATEX) tijdig en correct worden opgevolgd.
  • Optimalisatie & innovatie Je detecteert verbeterkansen binnen jouw domeinen en werkt actief mee aan projecten rond vernieuwing, efficiëntie en technische betrouwbaarheid.
  • Je beschikt over een Master Industriële Wetenschappen – Elektrotechniek, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur meerdere jaren ervaring binnen een procesomgeving
  • Je hebt actieve kennis en ervaring binnen het beheer van Industriele Elektriciteit, Instrumentatie en Automatisatie (sterke kennis PLCsturingen is een must)
  • Je hebt noties van RCAprincipes en hebt bij voorkeur ook ervaring in het beheer van Reliability Processes
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur SAP) en een goede kennis van pc-toepassingen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, kostenbewust en resultaatgericht, met oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler, maar werkt ook zelfstandig en proactief aan jouw projecten.
  • Veiligheid, nauwkeurigheid en efficiëntie staan bij jou altijd op één.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis Engels en Nederlands
