Je komt terecht in een dynamische en industriële werkomgeving met een hecht team, waar kwaliteit altijd voorop staat en volop ruimte is voor jouw technische ontwikkeling. Functiebeschrijving In deze brede rol (waarbij je ongeveer 70% op kantoor werkt en 30% in de fabriek te vinden bent) ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische conditie van complexe installaties. Je stelt meerjarenplannen op, optimaliseert onderhoud tijdens productiestilstanden (turnarounds) en zorgt dat zowel je eigen team als externe firma's veilig en efficiënt kunnen werken. - Onderhoudsplanning & Budgettering: Je stelt robuuste (meerjaren) onderhoudsplannen op, inclusief de benodigde budgetten en investeringen. - Werkvoorbereiding & Coördinatie: Je vertaalt complexe onderhoudsopdrachten naar heldere werkinstructies en coördineert de uitvoering tijdens geplande productiestilstanden. - Aansturen externe firma's: Je vraagt offertes op, verleent opdrachte...
