Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een technische people manager die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en tegelijkertijd dicht bij de werkvloer staat? Als Maintenance & Facility Manager zorg je ervoor dat het machinepark, de technische installaties en de infrastructuur optimaal blijven functioneren. Je stuurt een technisch team aan, optimaliseert het onderhoud en neemt verschillende verbeterings- en investeringsprojecten onder jouw vleugels.

Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Optimaliseren van het preventief onderhoud om de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van de productiemiddelen maximaal te garanderen
  • Organiseren van efficiënte technische interventies bij storingen en pannes zodat productiestilstanden tot een minimum beperkt blijven
  • Analyseren van technische problemen en zoeken naar structurele oplossingen en verbeteringen
  • Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van een technisch team van ongeveer 8 medewerkers
  • Stimuleren van de verdere ontwikkeling van medewerkers en ervoor zorgen dat iedereen zijn technische kennis en potentieel optimaal kan benutten
  • Opvolgen van de aankoop en het magazijnbeheer van technische en niet-technische goederen
  • Beheren en nauwgezet opvolgen van het budget van de afdeling
  • Continu zoeken naar verbeterinitiatieven op het gebied van technische knelpunten, betrouwbaarheid en procesoptimalisatie
  • Leiden en opvolgen van technische investeringsprojecten van voorbereiding tot realisatie
  • Coördineren van infrastructuur- en facilityprojecten binnen de organisatie
  • Zorgen voor een duidelijke communicatie en goede samenwerking tussen alle betrokken interne en externe partijen
  • Actief meedenken over wat de organisatie technisch nodig heeft en ruimte nemen om je eigen expertise en ideeën binnen de functie in te zetten
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring binnen een leidinggevende functie
  • Dankzij jouw technische achtergrond en ervaring als storingstechnieker kun je technische problemen goed inschatten
  • Je bent een echte people manager die medewerkers weet te motiveren, coachen en ontwikkelen
  • Ervaring met het begeleiden en realiseren van veranderingsprojecten is belangrijk
  • Je bent vertrouwd met SAP en TPM
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit combineer je met sterke leidinggevende vaardigheden
  • Technische verbeteringen en procesoptimalisaties weet je te vertalen naar concrete en haalbare acties
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen
  • Je krijgt energie van een functie waarin mensen, techniek en projecten samenkomen
