Maintenance Field Planner E/I Werkvoorbereiding MBO Geleen Jouw uitdaging: Begroten, plannen, voorbereiden en bewaken van de werkzaamheden van de Elektrotechnische / Instrumentatie uitvoeringsgroep, zodat opdrachten en werkzaamheden tijdig en efficiënt kunnen worden uitgevoerd, binnen overeengekomen tijdspad. Hoe ga je bijdragen? - Afhandeling van werkorders van a-z; - Je maakt op basis van prioriteit en uiterste opleverdatum de keuze welke order het eerst opgepakt moet worden en zal deze compleet voorbereiden inclusief calculaties volgens CDO, aanvragen van offertes via de Shop Buyers, en bestellen van materialen; - Je bent kennisdrager op het gebied van arbeidsveiligheid; - Het controleren van alle benodigde materialen en documentatie en of er volgens de juiste afspraken gewerkt wordt. Dit alles rekening houdend met de beoogde deadlines; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het blijven borgen/verhogen van de kwaliteit van de maintenance orders; - Het continu signaleren van verbeteringen in processen of werkinstructies; - Je combineert je MFP werkzaamheden met contractor begeleiding bij uitbesteed werk, hier dien je in de indeling van jouw tijd flexibel mee om te gaan. Wat wordt er van jou gevraagd? - Je hebt een afgeronde Technische opleiding minimaal op MBO 4 niveau; - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring (op het gebied van werkvoorbereiding) in de Chemische industrie op het gebied van Maintenance; - Je hebt ervaring met CDO en offerte beoordeling; - Ervaring met de coördinatie van externe partijen; - Je bent in staat om de juiste prioriteiten te stellen; - Plannen en organiseren zit in je bloed; - Je bent een teamplayer; - Je vindt het belangrijk om kwaliteit te leveren en verliest hierbij het klantbelang niet uit het oog; - Communicatief vaardig voor juiste afstemming met leveranciers en de klant. - Een uitdagende functie binnen een technische marktleider in Zuid-Limburg; - Geen 12, maar 14 maanden salaris (bestaande u...
