The posting

Als Maintenance Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlot en efficiënt onderhoud binnen jouw afdeling. Je stelt de onderhoudsplanning op en ondersteunt het team op de werkvloer door je technische expertise te delen. Samen met de Line Lead en Process Lead vorm je het lijntrio en werk je mee aan de implementatie van IWS. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Line Lead.

Jouw taken als Maintenance Lead:

  • Je staat in voor het plannen, aansturen en verbeteren van onderhoudsactiviteiten binnen jouw zone, in samenwerking met de Technische Dienst
  • Je coördineert alle onderhoudswerkzaamheden van begin tot eind, inclusief voorbereiding, planning, veiligheid en inzet van mensen en middelen
  • Je beperkt storingen en productie-uitval door analyses uit te voeren en sterk in te zetten op preventief en voorspellend onderhoud
  • Je begeleidt en ondersteunt operatoren en techniekers op de werkvloer en deelt actief je technische expertise
  • Je werkt intens samen met de Line Lead en Process Lead, ondersteunt geplande stilstanden en neemt deel aan dagelijkse overlegmomenten
  • Je draagt actief bij aan verbeterinitiatieven en optimalisatieprojecten, met focus op veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en kostenbeheersing
  • Je beheert de onderhoudsadministratie en budgetten en ziet toe op de naleving van onderhouds- en veiligheidsvoorschriften (LOTO)
