Geleitet von den Wünschen unserer Konsument*innen, biete... 1 Maintenance Lead Production (w/m/d) Du willst nicht nur reparieren, sondern wirklich etwas bewegen?

Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Als Maintenance Lead übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Instandhaltung in deinem Bereich - und das heißt: Du gehst den Dingen auf den Grund, beseitigst Ursachen statt Symptome und sorgst gemeinsam mit unserem Technik-Team dafür, dass unsere Anlagen zuverlässig laufen. Dabei baust du Know-How in den Teams auf und trägst aktiv dazu bei, dass wir gemeinsam besser werden.

Deine Aufgaben * Überprüfung und Priorisierung aller auf deiner Linie gemeldeten Zwischenfälle/Stillstände sowie Planung und Durchführung der Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten * Unterstützung des Betriebsteams bei der Behebung größerer Pannen * Verantwortung für die Instandhaltungsplanung und -terminierung für deine Linie

* Aktualisierung der technischen Dokumentation

* Entwicklung und Aktualisierung des jährlichen Wartungsplans.

* Verantwortung für die Erkennung und Behebung von Defekten und Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen Zustands des Systems

* Motivation, Anleitung und Unterstützung bei Schulungen und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen in Bezug auf technische Aspekte

Das bringst du mit * Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder Produktion (HTL/TGM/Uni/FH) * Technische Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung oder im technischen Umfeld, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Position * Ein gutes Verständnis mechanischer Prozesse - sowohl theoretisch als auch praktisch. * Idealerweise Kenntnisse zu Lean Management und Problemlösungs-Methoden wie z.B. KVP, Six Sigma, Bottleneck Analyse, Plan-Do-Check-Act, Root-Cause Analysis, 5 S, Ishikawa * Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Du bist ein Teamplayer und verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohe soziale Kompetenz * Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit * Selbständige, strukturierte und effektive Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein * Eine proaktive, sicherheitsbewusste Denkweise

Die Position unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag der Fachgruppe Nahrungs- und Genussmittel. Wir bieten für diese Position ein Monatsgehalt ab € 3.300 brutto, wobei eine marktkonforme Überzahlung gemäß deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung vorgesehen ist.
