De site telt honderden medewerkers en maakt deel uit van een beursgenoteerde groep met vestigingen in onder andere Frankrijk en Engeland. Met een jaarlijkse omzet van €650 miljoen is dit bedrijf een vaste waarde in zijn niche.

De combinatie van lokale verankering en internationale stabiliteit maakt dit een werkplek met stevige fundamenten. Ter versterking van het team zoeken ze een Lead Maintenance voor één van hun meest performante productielijnen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij neemt de leiding over het technisch onderhoud van jouw productielijn en zorgt ervoor dat alles betrouwbaar en efficiënt blijft draaien
  • Het plannen en organiseren van onderhoud verloopt onder jouw toezicht, met aandacht voor timing en kostenefficiëntie
  • Je stuurt een team van operatoren en techniekers aan en houdt de samenwerking vlot en doelgericht
  • Door geregeld te overleggen met collega's en leidinggevenden weet je stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Productiemanager en Process Engineer om de prestaties van de lijn voortdurend te verbeteren
  • Je beschikt over een technische bachelor of master (Elektromechanica, Automatisering, Electrical Engineering, ...)
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen technisch onderhoud in een industriële omgeving
  • Leidinggevende ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must
