Voor een stabiele en groeiende productieomgeving binnen de voedingsindustrie zoeken we een Maintenance Manager.

Deze familiale onderneming combineert jarenlange expertise met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en continue verbetering.

In deze rol ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van technische storingen, maar neem je ook een coördinerende rol op binnen het technisch team. Je zorgt ervoor dat interventies efficiënt verlopen en draagt actief bij aan een optimaal draaiende productie.

Hoe zal jouw rol eruit zien?

  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse technische activiteiten en bepaalt prioriteiten in overleg met productie
  • Je voert zelf technische interventies uit en ondersteunt collega-techniekers waar nodig
  • Je plant, bereidt voor en voert preventief onderhoud uit aan machines en installaties
  • Je analyseert storingen en werkt mee aan structurele oplossingen om herhaling te vermijden
  • Je communiceert vlot met productie over stilstanden en voortgang van interventies
  • Je beheert het technisch magazijn en volgt onderdelen en stock nauwgezet op
  • Je staat in voor bestellingen, ontvangst en correcte registratie van onderdelen
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeterprojecten rond veiligheid, efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor techniekers, productie en externe partners

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een technische functie (elektromechanica, mechanica of elektriciteit)
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector
  • Sterke kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en industriële automatisatie
  • Je neemt spontaan verantwoordelijkheid en een coördinerende rol op
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en behoudt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving
  • Je bent communicatief, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht
  • Kennis van technisch magazijnbeheer is een sterke plus
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Je werkt in dagdienst en bent flexibel indien nodig
