Maintenance Manager - Regio Limburg - Manufacturing Onze opdrachtgever is een gevestigde producent binnen hun niche. De onderneming beschikt over meerdere productielocaties en is actief op onder andere de Belgische, Nederlandse, Franse en Duitse markt. De site, regio Limburg, vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van de organisatie en telt meerdere productiehallen. Met circa 250 medewerkers is het een omvangrijke productieomgeving waar techniek, kwaliteit, veiligheid en operationele efficiëntie centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

Maintenance Manager - Regio Limburg - Manufacturing

  • Uitbouwen en professionaliseren van de volledige maintenance-organisatie.
  • Aansturen en verder ontwikkelen van een team van circa 9 techniekers.
  • Opzetten van preventief en curatief onderhoud, inclusief planning en onderhoudssystemen.
  • Beheren van maintenancebudgetten, technische voorraad, spare parts en shutdowns.
  • Analyseren van technische problemen en realiseren van structurele verbeteringen.
  • Initiëren van continuous improvement en samenwerken met productie, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Plant Manager.

Maintenance Manager - Regio Limburg - Manufacturing

  • Technische bachelor of master, bij voorkeur Elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen maintenance in een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Sterke mechanische kennis en ervaring met preventief en curatief onderhoud.
  • Hands-on en ondernemend, met sterk ownership en focus op structurele verbetering.
  • Sterke peoplemanager die een technisch team kan aansturen, motiveren en ontwikkelen.
  • Communicatief sterk, projectmatig ingesteld en in staat verschillende stakeholders mee te krijgen.
