Hoe ziet je dag eruit?

In deze functie draag je mee de verantwoordelijkheid voor het optimaal functioneren van alle gebouwen, technische installaties en productieapparatuur. Je zorgt ervoor dat de infrastructuur in topconditie blijft, ondersteunt verbeterprojecten en bewaakt een veilige werkomgeving. Je bent een belangrijke schakel binnen de technische dienst en adviseert het management waar nodig.

  • Je zorgt voor het optimaal functioneren van alle technische infrastructuur: gebouwen, installaties en het volledige machinepark.
  • Je plant en coördineert onderhoud en herstellingen, beheert de aankoop van technische onderdelen en ondersteunt verbeter‑ en digitalisatieprojecten.
  • Je stuurt interne en externe techniekers aan, houdt technische documentatie up‑to‑date en beheert het onderdelenmagazijn.
  • In nauwe samenwerking met productie, kwaliteit en andere afdelingen bewaak je een efficiënte en veilige werking.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Technical Manager en fungeert als zijn rechterhand.

Je hebt een hoger technisch diploma, ervaring in een productieomgeving en bent vertrouwd met PLC‑programmatie (S5–S7). Je kijkt kritisch naar processen, ziet kansen om te verbeteren en durft die ook door te voeren. Je combineert sterke organisatorische en leidinggevende vaardigheden met zelfstandigheid, initiatief en doorzettingsvermogen. Je communiceert helder en professioneel in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en voelt je thuis in een dynamische technische omgeving.
