In deze sleutelpositie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van het maintenance team, het optimaliseren van onderhoudsprocessen en het vergroten van de betrouwbaarheid van installaties binnen een GMP-productieomgeving. Als Maintenance Manager geef je leiding aan een team van technische specialisten en externe contractors. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de onderhoudsstrategie en zorgt ervoor dat installaties, gebouwen en utiliteiten optimaal presteren. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Leidinggeven, coachen en ontwikkelen van het maintenance team. - Opstellen en implementeren van onderhoudsstrategieën voor installaties en assets. - Verbeteren van onderhoudsplanning, prioritering en uitvoering. - Verhogen van de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van technische installaties. - Zorgen voor een optimale balans tussen preventief en correctief onderhoud. - Analyseren van storingen en initiëren van structurele verbetermaatregelen. - Bewaken van GMP-, veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en compliance-eisen. - Coördineren van leveranciers, contractors en servicepartners. - Samenwerken met Engineering, QA, Operations, Facilities en SHE. - Vertegenwoordigen van de onderhoudsafdeling tijd...
