The posting

Wil jij als Maintenance Manager een team van storingstechniekers en onderhoudstechniekers aansturen en tegelijk zorgen voor een veilige, efficiënte en goed georganiseerde onderhoudsafdeling? Aan de slag binnen een internationaal bedrijf met een allround loonpakket?

In deze vaste voltijdse functie organiseer je het curatief, preventief en predictief onderhoud van een hoogtechnologisch productieproces, met verantwoordelijkheid over planning, techniekers, externe partners en onderhoudsprojecten.

  • Je organiseert onderhouds- en verbeterwerken, maakt de planning op en volgt de uitvoering op met aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, timing en kosten.
  • Je stuurt en coacht een team van een tiental techniekers, inclusief de weekendtechniekers.
  • Je coördineert onderhoudsprojecten, externe onderhoudsfirma's en verbeteringen aan de productie-installaties.

Je werkt binnen een productieomgeving waar het proces 24/7 en 7 dagen op 7 draait. Je brengt structuur in de onderhoudswerkzaamheden, bepaalt prioriteiten en zorgt ervoor dat de productie-installaties betrouwbaar blijven functioneren. Daarnaast beheer je wissel- en slijtonderdelen, technische documentatie en veiligheidsvoorschriften en werk je samen met andere diensten binnen de organisatie. Je rapporteert aan de Manager Technische Dienst.

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in een technische richting met ervaring, of een technische bachelor met gedegen ervaring in een gelijkaardige industriële functie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen en motiveren van een technisch team.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en kan zelfstandig prioriteiten stellen binnen een industriële onderhoudsomgeving.
