Wil jij een sleutelrol opnemen binnen een sterk groeiende organisatie waar techniek en logistiek elkaar kruisen? Voor een toonaangevende specialist in de ondersteuning van grote bouw- en infrastructuurwerken zoeken wij een ervaren Maintenance Manager die fungeert als de technische spilfiguur op de site. In deze uitdagende positie stuur je de werkplaatsen aan en optimaliseer je de vloot om de werven altijd van het beste materieel te voorzien.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse werking van de technische serviceafdeling en stelt de prioriteiten voor de herstellingen en revisies scherp.
  • Je coacht en motiveert de technische specialisten op de werkvloer om samen als één team de kwaliteitsdoelstellingen te behalen.
  • Je analyseert de onderhoudskosten en de levenscyclus van de machines om gefundeerde adviezen uit te brengen over nieuwe investeringen.
  • Je introduceert innovatieve en digitale methodieken binnen de werkplaats om de efficiëntie van de interventies te verhogen.
  • Je rapporteert de technische en operationele KPI's rechtstreeks aan de directie tijdens het periodieke managementoverleg.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een hogere technische opleiding genoten op Master- of bachelorniveau en beschikt over een breed elektromechanisch inzicht.
  • Je hebt reeds meerdere jaren ervaring opgedaan in een technische managementrol waar people management een belangrijk onderdeel van was.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk onderlegd en verliest ook bij onverwachte ad-hoc aanvragen het grotere overzicht niet.
  • Je toont veel persoonlijk initiatief, denkt altijd oplossingsgericht en gaat technische of organisatorische uitdagingen niet uit de weg.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio Oost-Vlaanderen of kunt je vlot verplaatsen naar de centrale bedrijfssite.
