Maintenance Manager - Regio Hasselt - Voltijdse functie

Als Maintenance Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en uitbouwen van de maintenance-activiteiten als volwaardige winstpijler binnen de organisatie.

Ben jij een ervaren professional in onderhoudsmanagement? Heb je leidinggevende ervaring en een sterke commerciële instelling? Wil jij werken binnen een organisatie die innovatie en duurzaamheid hoog in het vaandel heeft staan?

Hier zijn drie vragen om te kwalificeren:

  • Heb je 7 à 10 jaar ervaring in maintenance?
  • Heb je een bachelor in elektromechanica of vergelijkbare ervaring?
  • Ben je commercieel sterk en klantgericht?

In jouw rol ga je de volgende taken uitvoeren:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van het operationeel plan en de budgetten;
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie van onderhoudsinterventies;
  • Plannen en coördineren van het technisch team;
  • Opvolgen en bijsturen van KPI’s;
  • Nieuwe klantenrelaties ontwikkelen en de klantenportefeuille uitbreiden;
  • Opmaken van offertes en uitwerken van commerciële voorstellen;
  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk netwerk;
  • Aansturen en coachen van het team Maintenance;
  • Rechtstreekse rapportering aan de directie.

Voor de functie van Maintenance Manager zoeken we iemand met de volgende kwalificaties:

Je hebt een sterke achtergrond en vaardigheden die je helpen om in deze rol te slagen:

  • Een bachelor in elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • 7 à 10 jaar relevante ervaring in maintenance;
  • Kennis van HVAC, elektromechanica en gebouwtechnieken;
  • Commercieel sterk en klantgericht;
  • Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden;
  • Resultaatgericht en kwaliteitsbewust.
