The posting

Onze opdrachtgever is al meer dan 50 jaar een gevestigde waarde in spoorsignalisatie en spoorvervoer (leverancier aan o.a. Infrabel, NMBS en De Lijn). Ter uitbreiding van het team zoeken wij een hands-on Maintenance Manager / Onderhoudstechnieker.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Techniek & Uitvoering: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische inbedrijfstelling, het aansluiten van elektrotechnische installaties en het uitvoeren van specifieke onderhouds- en diagnosetaken op de werven. Je lost technische problemen efficiënt en proactief op.
  • Werfbeheer & Coördinatie: Je neemt het volledige werfbeheer voor jouw rekening (administratief, technisch, planning en veiligheid). Je volgt de vooruitgang op, controleert en stuurt leveranciers aan en neemt actief deel aan werfvergaderingen om specifieke problemen op te lossen.
  • Projectopvolging: Je vormt de onmisbare schakel tussen leveranciers en eindklanten. In samenwerking met hen zorg je voor de vlotte afname en uitvoering van projecten.
  • Flexibiliteit & Teamwork: Je draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het team en maakt deel uit van de 7/7 interventieploeg (in een stand-by rotatiesysteem).

Functie-eisen

Om succesvol te zijn in deze veelzijdige rol, beschik je over het volgende profiel:

  • Opleiding: Een diploma TSO Elektromechanica of een Bachelor in de Industriële Ingenieurswetenschappen (afstudeerrichting elektromechanica of elektriciteit).
  • Kennis & Ervaring: Sterke praktische en technische kennis van elektromechanica. Ervaring in werfbeheer en/of industrieel onderhoud is een grote troef.
  • Mentaliteit: Een uitgesproken hands-on mentaliteit; je houdt ervan om zaken op te pakken en door te zetten.
  • Talenkennis: Sterk communicatief en vlot drietalig (Nederlands, Frans en daarnaast Duits en/of Engels).
  • Digitale vaardigheden: Goede computervaardigheden.
  • Flexibiliteit & Mobiliteit: Bereid om je te verplaatsen naar werven in België en (sporadisch) het buitenland.
  • Rijbewijs: In het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B.
