Je vindt hun materialen terug in toepassingen voor bouw, automotive en elektronica, geleverd aan internationale topklanten. Dankzij hun focus op groene technologie blijven ze toekomstgericht groeien.

Vandaag zoeken ze een Maintenance Manager die meer doet dan sturen en ondersteunen: iemand die een technische langetermijnstrategie uittekent, optimaliseert en realiseert.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Maintenance Manager teken je de langetermijnvisie voor het machinepark uit
  • Je leidt projecten om de levensduur van machines te verlengen en onderbouwt investeringen met sterke businesscases
  • Predictief onderhoud? Jij breekt met curatief denken en rolt vernieuwende strategieën uit die anticiperen in plaats van reageren
  • Je begeleidt twee technische teams via hun teamleads en werkt nauw samen met externe onderhoudspartners om topkwaliteit te blijven leveren
  • Tot slot bewaak je de kosten en voortgang van projecten en lever je tegelijk waardevolle input rond milieu, digitalisering en veiligheid
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma elektromechanica of automatisering, of een bachelor met relevante werkervaring
  • Wat jou typeert? Een achtergrond in technisch onderhoud, projectwerk of het beheren van installaties
  • Naast Nederlands spreek je vlot Engels om te kunnen samenwerken binnen de internationale groep
  • Je bent bereid om sporadisch naar het buitenland te reizen (max. 3 à 4 keer per jaar)
