Ben jij een doorgewinterde onderhoudsmanager die houdt van technische diepgang en organisatorische stroomlijning? Voor een financieel gezonde procesgroep in de regio Gent zoeken wij een ervaren Maintenance Manager. Je neemt de integrale leiding over het onderhoudsbudget, de installatieveiligheid en de aansturing van een circa 50-koppige onderhoudsafdeling. Je staat dicht bij de dagelijkse werking en fungeert als strategische partner binnen het plant management team.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en kostenefficiëntie van alle productie-installaties en infrastructuur op de plant.
  • Je stuurt de verschillende subafdelingen (Mechanica, E&I, Asset management, Magazijn, etc.) gestructureerd aan en bewaakt het onderhoudsbudget.
  • Je bereidt de jaarlijkse grote onderhoudsstilstand (turnaround) tot in de puntjes voor en volgt de uitvoering en voortgang nauwgezet op.
  • Je verhoogt de beschikbaarheid van het machinepark door het borgen en optimaliseren van voorspellende en preventieve onderhoudsprocessen.
  • Je vertaalt de geldende milieu-, veiligheids- en compliancenormen naar duidelijke actieplannen en consequente opvolging op de vloer.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een Master Ingenieurswetenschappen (Elektromechanica, Chemie of gelijkwaardig) en een stevige achtergrond in een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt minimaal enkele jaren aantoonbare ervaring als (assistant/lead) engineer of teamlead binnen maintenance en bent klaar om de stap naar Manager te zetten.
  • Je hanteert een coachende, constructieve leiderschapsstijl en combineert technisch inzicht met de maturiteit om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Engels, en brengt mensen vlot mee in verandering.
